Why use Resolve Legal Solutions ?

We believe that our experience is what sets us apart. Having operatives who have previously served in both the police and armed services, we are able to draw on years of experience in the fields of forensics, investigations and intelligence.

Our experience means that we are detail focussed, thorough and methodical in our approach to every case. We gather as much information as we can before starting our investigations and also carry out a Legitimate Interest Assessment to determine whether a lawful reason exists to conduct these enquiries. All our investigations are lawful and ethical and we will not do anything which does not conform to this.

Whether you require process serving, witness statements or people or asset training, you will get the same great level of service from Resolve Legal Solutions. Our focus on customer care and maintaining the highest standards means that we are the only legal solutions company you will ever need.

What is our Investigation Process?

No two investigations are the same. Whilst we use the following process in all our enquiries, some investigations may require deviation in order to maximise investigational output and meet investigation objectives in more complex enquiries:

  • The client (or their representative) contacts us requesting that we investigate a matter, providing us with a brief synopsis.
  • We will conduct a scoping meeting (in-person or online) in order to discuss deadlines, available evidence, client aims and objectives, scope of enquiry, limitations and costs.
  • We will provide the client with an Investigation Strategy, Contract and Estimate.
  • Enquiries commence ensuring Investigation Strategy objectives are met. An investigation Progress Report is provided to the client at regular intervals. Should we require a significant deviation or spend from the strategy agreed, we will immediate contact the client to discuss and agree before proceeding.
  • On completion, a draft Final Report is submitted and discussed with the client.
  • The Final Report, along with all evidence, is submitted to the client.
